No matter what the problem, Jim has come through for me. He keeps me in the loop when my vehicle had to be left for an extended stay. Pat Swisher and Apple Chevrolet are awesome. I bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado on May 7th 2011 , and love it. They are nice, not pushy and did't not low ball me on my trade! I walked into Apple looking for a smaller car as my truck was using to much gas. Was able to walk out 2 pain free hours later after working with Jeff Dingan. Very easy process I told him what I wanted and he came back with a very close match I spent 15 minutes signing the paper work with Chet Palumbo then Jeff gave me a run down of all the cars buttons made sure I was comfortable and I drove out.
